How To Play

Game Goals:

The goal of Pet Shop Hop is to keep your customers satisfied and serve as many as possible. The faster you help your customers, the more money you make. The more money you make, the faster you can help Cassie save her pet shop from being taken over by MegaPet superstore!

How to Play:

Step 1: Getting the customer’s order

When a customer comes into the shop, he or she will look around to see what kinds of animals are for sale before finding that special pet to take home. After a few seconds of roaming the shop, a speech bubble will appear indicating the color and type of pet that the customer wants. To sell a pet to a customer:

1. Use the mouse to click on the desired animal. Cassie will run over and pick it up.

2. Click on the customer. Cassie will run over and sell the pet to the customer.

Hint: Serving two of the same kind of pet in a row earns a bonus!

Hint: Click the cage (not a pet) to put the pet back in its cage.

Hint: Some customers aren't very picky. A customer with a white question mark will accept any kind of animal. Make a big sale with this one!

Step 2: Keep cages clean

When the cage begins to dirty up (the fish tank grows darker, the pens become more cluttered) or the word “Clean” flashes over the tank, it's time to clean up.

1) Click and hold the mouse button on the cleaning tool.

2) Drag the cleaning tool to the animal's pen (tank for fish, cage for birds, pen for puppies).

3) Release the mouse button.

Step 3: Keep your pets fed

Feeding a pet works the same way. When the food dish is low (or the words Feed flash over the animal's cage) it's time to feed the pet.

1) Click and hold the mouse on the animal's food.

2) Drag the food over the animal's cage.

3) Release the mouse button.

Step 4: Vet certify a pet

Sometimes a customer will request an animal with a plus sign next to it; this customer wants a vet certified pet. To sell a vet certified pet:

1) Use the mouse to click on the desired animal.

2) Click on the vet station. You will have to wait several seconds for the certification meter to fill.

3) Once the meter is filled, click on the pet and click on the customer.

4) You've just sold a vet certified pet!
